VICIPanel's chatbot module wires ElevenLabs' conversational AI directly into your Asterisk dialplan. The chatbot lives at an Asterisk extension, answers inbound calls via SIP trunk number, and when it decides the call should go to a human it performs a standard Asterisk transfer, so your agents don't have to know there was a bot in the loop.

Define the chatbot
System prompt, first message, language, LLM model, temperature, voice ID, and TTS stability, all configured in the admin UI.
Assign to a DID or extension
Point one of your inbound numbers (or a dialplan extension) at the chatbot. The chatbot picks up and greets the caller.
Chatbot holds the conversation
It speaks in the ElevenLabs voice you selected, listens to the caller, streams responses through the chosen LLM. Configurable max duration and silence timeout.
Transfer when conditions match
Transfer-enabled chatbots hand off to a live agent when your configured condition fires (intent, keyword, duration, whatever your system prompt decides). Agent sees the bot's transcript.
Analytics feed back into the campaign view
Each conversation logs duration, transfer status, and satisfaction score. You see chatbot performance next to agent performance.
