Auto Dial Level
In a VICIdial campaign, the ratio of dials placed per available agent, the core predictive-dialing knob.
What it means in practice
Auto dial level is the multiplier VICIdial uses to decide how many calls to place relative to how many agents are free. A dial level of 1.0 is progressive (one dial per available agent). A dial level of 2.0 means two dials for every agent, aggressive, but with higher abandon risk. Above 3.0 is rarely safe under the 3% TCPA abandon rule.
In VICIPanel
VICIPanel shows your current auto dial level alongside the abandon rate it's producing in real time. If you bump dial level up, the expected abandon rate preview updates live before you save.
