Re-dialing leads that didn't connect on prior attempts, subject to attempt caps and recycle rules.
What it means in practice
Lead recycling is how you milk more value out of a list. A typical recycle rule: NA (no answer) leads get three attempts, each 24 hours apart, then drop out of the active pool. B (busy) leads retry in 30 minutes. Getting the recycle cadence right can 2-3x the revenue per thousand leads.

VICIPanel's recycle rules are set visually per campaign, one row per disposition-to-retry-rule mapping. The stock VICIdial 'dial statuses' field is a bar-delimited string that nobody reads correctly.
