Voicemail Drop
A pre-recorded message the dialer plays when a call lands on voicemail, leaving the prospect a message without agent involvement.
What it means in practice
VM drop lets your agents move to the next dial without personally leaving voicemails. The AMD engine detects machine answer, routes the call to a drop extension, plays the pre-recorded message, and marks the lead as message-left. Significant productivity boost, agents save 20–40 seconds per VM hit, which at 200+ dials/day adds up fast.
