Progressive Dialing

Outbound dialing that places exactly one call per available agent, no predictive overshoot.

What it means in practice

Progressive dialing is the safer, slower cousin of predictive. One agent ready means one dial placed. Zero abandon risk, but productive talk time runs 20–30 min/hour instead of 40+. Right for compliance-sensitive campaigns (healthcare, finserv retention) and warm lists where the one dial is worth the focused attention.
