What it means
DISPO is an intermediate status marking that the lead has entered post-call disposition entry. Not typically exposed in reporting because it's transient.
How VICIPanel surfaces DISPO
Hidden from CDR reporting by default in VICIPanel, the transient nature means it clutters roll-ups.
