Two options:
- Hosted (most common): We provision a VICIdial for you as part of the signup. You never see it, just log into VICIPanel and start dialing.
- Bring-your-own: If you already run VICIdial, point VICIPanel at it. Nothing on your side changes. This works for self-hosted and for VICIhost customers.
Either way, what you operate is VICIPanel. VICIdial runs underneath.
