The best coaching happens during the call, not in a post-mortem. Whisper lets you suggest an approach the agent can hear without the prospect hearing anything. Barge lets you join the call to save a deal or defuse a problem.
Whisper
From the Supervisor workspace, click an agent in call → Whisper. Your microphone opens to the agent only. Say what you need; the prospect doesn't hear you. Click Stop Whisper when done.
Barge
Same panel → Barge. You join the call as a third party. Prospect hears a brief 'supervisor joined' tone. Use for high-stakes deal saves or escalations.
Whisper before you barge. Most coaching moments don't need a three-way. Barge when the call genuinely requires another voice.
